Although in a 'low place' geographically in the midst of a river, this spiritual 'high place' where evil spirits are believed to reside was a point of intercession and spiritual warfare. The govt. has plans to make this site a ferry crossing but have been hindered by these local spirits from doing so. The locals believe that to sit directly on the rock would lead to swelling of the testicles - potentially even life-threatening. We decided to put their belief to the test! |
