Mission Strategies

With each ministry objective there are strategies that we are using to accomplish the work.  There are a number of foundational values to which we hold that serve as guidelines to follow in our mission.  However, since strategies and plans of men are uncertain we aspire to remain FLEXIBLE to the gentle nudges of the Spirit to act and work unconventionally.

We represent a PARTNERSHIP.  Our partnership is made up of a number of groups and individuals sharing a common God-given vision.  We have purposed to work together to accomplish the vision, each one faithfully doing their part.  Our part as 'sent ones' is to be like ground troops - doing battle against the enemy in the trenches.  Our partners who have sent us are more like air support, providing the necessary supply of finances and prayer to sustain us and  to destroy the devices and infrastructure of the enemy with the precision of laser-guided missiles!

We value an "INCARNATIONAL" approach to mission.  Which means that we minister in the heart language of the Cambodian people - Khmer.  Additionally, we strive to adapt ourselves and our message to the local culture.  As Paul, we intend to "become all things to all people, so that by all means we may save some."

Below is a list of our main objectives and corresponding strategies or foundational values we follow to accomplish them.

1. Laying kingdom foundation through apostolic ministry

Apostolic teaching and preaching of the gospel

Demonstrating kingdom power through signs and wonders

Unifying the Body of Christ by promoting relationships and networking

2. Discipling and mentoring believers and ministers

Leading believers to become students (disciples) of Jesus

  Modeling kingdom lifestyle (right living)

Raising spiritual sons and releasing them to be spiritual fathers

  Establishing 5-fold ministry teams

3. Establishing housechurches according to the NT pattern

Joining believers into communities of God

Growing assemblies (churches) as living organisms rather than an organizations

Connecting churches together through relationship and corporate celebrations

Equipping churches to reproduce themselves by establishing new churches

4. Demonstrating the compassion of Christ by serving the needy

Ministering to orphans by welcoming them into our family

  Providing relief for the poor

Giving a model of compassion for the believers to follow
